Go to Legacy with DX Portal and click "Sign In" in the upper right corner to see your login name.
Click on the "▽" to the right of your login name, then click on "Activities".
The following screen will be displayed.
It is possible to see what the logged-in user has requested (My requests) and what other users in the same organization have requested (Organizational requests).
★How to reply to your contact
You will receive an email when there is a reply to your request.
The URL of the ticket (e.g. global.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/xxxxx) is listed in the e-mail. Clicking on that URL will bring up the reply screen, where you can reply to the ticket.
