What is the community like?
The Help Center community consists of posts and comments organized by topic.Posts are tips, feature requests, questions, etc. Comments are observations, commentary, praise, or other responses that are part of the community's common discussions. Note: Do not confuse topics with posts. In the community, topics are the top-level container for posts.
You can also browse topics and posts by using Search or by using Views and Filters. See "Exploring within a Community" for more information.
We have created some placeholders for common topics to help our customers get started quickly with running a community. You may remove these topics and add your own. See "Managing Community Topics" for more information.
Each user in the community has a Help Center profile (Guide Professional and Enterprise) so that community members can get to know each other better. Profiles include information about community members, their activities, and their contributions to the community.
